The B Runs leave Dalton Square, Lancaster, Sunday at 9:15am. These rides will be about 60 miles and are planned as sensibly paced club runs.
A cafe stop is included en-route.
The run will return to the Lancaster area about 2pm.
Remember when taking part in the run you are responible for your own safety.

The named person is familiar with the route but all responsibility rests with the individual rider.
Well maintained 'Winter bikes' with mudguards are appreciated by other riders, the carrying of spare inner tubes etc. is expected.

New riders are always welcome but after 3 rides will be expected to join the club.

The B+ Runs leave Dalton Square, Sunday at 9:00 am and is geared towards a faster pace with longer rides.
